October 21st

Some of you may have read this article, but for those of you who didn’t, it is worth reading.  It was in the printed edition today of the Stars and Stripes, but I could not find the article at the website.  So, I am using the Journal/Sentinel, which by the way, is word for word, the same article found in our daily military publication.  How much is a person willing to sacrifice for his family?

Very touching article… Thanks for pointing at it.
How is it going? Are your preparations for redeployment progressing? I hope so! It has to be much more fun of a task, huh?
Foggy today… cold and rainy. Many kids are home sick with flu-like symptoms… hopefully it is just a scare. I know I am washing my hands more than ever in my life!
Well, keep in touch and remember that you are very very missed… :)

WOW–what an unbelievable story. Makes you really think, “my life isn’t so bad”. Hope all is well in your part of the world…here we are on the countdown till the end of term– 9 days to go! The school year is going as fast as always. Not much new here…normal same old, same old. Take care, and keep sharing.
